After 7 days of vry vry high fever my 4 yr baby vry mild fever n cough on8th day why plzzz help

It may be viral Continue fever and cough cold medicine Keep ur child well hydrated with plenty of oral liquids including water Fruits juices and ORS if needed Give steam inhalation  two times a day If very high grade fever  ie  more than 104 then need to do blood test
