I am 22 weeks pregnant and the baby has slowed down for past 6 hrs. What should I do? Is it a matter to be concerned?

For now try to lie on your left side and count the number of fetal movements. Count movements daily from 8am to 8pm. Minimum number of movements in this 12 hr time period should be 10. If there's no movement in 1 entire day or less than 10 movements on 2 consecutive days, get a usg done and review with an obstetrician.
