Mother’s milk gives the best nutrition and immunity to the baby.
Next Steps
You Take lactare tab to increase milk. If not working, continue formula feeds. Since you are feeding 10 % , baby will get enough immunity. Relax.

Breask milk will give antibodies and other protective molecules from mother to the baby. So its the ideal energy source for any child and hence recommended universally. Its ok if you are giving formula. Nothing to worry. If baby is gaining adequate weight then nothing to worry about immunity.
