Baby feeding
My one month old baby is on breast milk and formula feed...after feed when burping he spits up little milk and he gets one or two cough...is it normal??

baby spitting out lil feed during burping would be normal as it comes out while the air in the tummy is trying to escape. or in some cases baby spits out the feed that was in excess for him/her.

u can burp the baby before giving her formula feed, after the breast feeding.

if the babys weight is growing well for her age and she is getting enough milk with just breastfeed, u need not give formula.

I think its normal but better avoid formula/bottle feed and try to give exclusive breast feeding

Hi..spitting 1-2ml is normal ..if spitting is in more quantity and more number of times than baby need to be consulted..
