My baby is 6 months old, mother's milk is not sufficient to her can i substitute cow milk to my baby instead of formula feed. Is there any side effects for cow milk.

Animal milk should be started only after 1 year of age. There is too much protein load and can cause some infections. Please give formula milk. Your best milk is not sufficient / have you been assessed? You can start solids if your child has completed 180 days and shows solid readiness signs. No,you should give cow milk only after one year.You can start giving complementary foods like home made cerelac banana chikku potato carrots etc.,You can give lactogen/similac/nan pro stage 2 if your milk output is less
