Dear parents, According to me stop milk from 8am to 8pm give semi solid diet like Dal, dalia, khichdi, rice, alu, kela, apple, upaama, halwa, patoliya, raab, kadi, idle, poha etc, and give milk from 8pm to 8am give milk if mother milk available its preferable if not toned milk adding sugar as per our taste. For your knowledge 100ml milk gives 70 calories energy. 100ml juices gives 55 calories of energy. 100gm food gives 350 calories of energy. So to start with stop milk for 4hours in day for 15days and give semi solid diet, next 15days stop milk for 8hours & give semi solid diet, lastly stop milk from 8am to 8pm give semi solid diet Also for good health & Immunity give these supplement upto 2years of age D up drops 1ml once a day. Zincovit drops 1ml once a day. FERIS drops 1ml once a day. Syrup Ostebon one teaspoon twice a day.
