Modes of management in your case is to be discussed with you .looking at the medical conditions like ICP and IVF conception making it a precious and not a low risk pregnancy.so please trust your gynecologist who is seeing you clinically and will guide you for the right decision definitely.by the way decision of trial of vaginal possible or not is to be decided by assessing the pelvis and at the onset of labour sometimes for better clinical judgement.

Yes, your baby is above 50th percentile. To accomplish a normal delivery it is not just the weight of baby that matters. The adequacy of your pelvis and your response to labour also matters. Considering your history, i would suggest you induction of labour once you complete 38 weeks. Keep a strict watch on the baby's movements till then. If you respond, your labour could be monitored and dealt with accordingly. My answer might sound diplomatic, but no Obstetrician can promise you a normal delivery until you go through labour! I wish you all the very best.

Your baby weight is normal but decision of normal delivery can only be made after doing vaginal examination.
