Hello mu baby is, 2 year old she doing hard stool and while trying to pop she have difficulty and some time not coming she tryed and leave some time later again she trying i consult they told give banana ana milk of magnesium plz advice wt to do

If she is having this problem very frequently then I need to evaluate in a systematic way. For now u can adapt a proper diet 1) Give her proper fibre food -- salad fruits vegetables 2) Make her drink alot of water 3) Don't let her have a sedentary lifestyle let her play actively 4 ) give movicol syrup 2.5 ml in 50 ml of water for 15 days Medication should be the last thing Avoid it when u can
