Fontanelle should be very slight depressed or at level of scalp. Bulging of Fontanelle definitely warrants Radiological evaluation, Like Head Ultrasound, CT or MRI. As per age, as of now, Please make Head Ultrasound done asap and Consultant nearby Pediatrician.
