If the child is unable to swallow even fluids,this considered an emergency,plz consult your paediatrician or ENT surgeon.
Till then,give steam inhalations and give hit fluids to drink,if she can.
Start syp augmentin duo and syp vizylac,both 5 ml twice a day for 5 days.
Add syp combiflam 6 ml every 4 hours for 3 days.
