My 18 days old baby got acne on chin both the sides nd small small bumps on legs and hands . Let me know the solution for this.

Allergic reaction to some applications
Avoid all applications including soap chana ata or oil for a week If it settles then u can restart one by one

Oil massage and then bath with gentle soap. Apply baby cream after bath.
