107 days old boy baby weighing 5 .7 kg ,hc-38, height -55 cm . His birth weight -2.3 kg ,hc-33,height-42 cm .exclusive breastfeeding .Is evrything ok ? I am very concerned with his health .please let me know .

He is catching up with his growth as birth height and weight were also low
These kids teach the normal pattern of growth by 2 years.
HC is on lower side, we need to monitor for growth of head. If the child is doing well there is nothing to worry,
he is following his path of growth curve
