My friend has a b12 deficiency and he has taken more than 7 to 8 weekly neurobion injection but he missed 1 after this and got ulcer in mouth.
Is there a permanent solution to this or he has to take the injection weekly for rest of life.

Ulcers in mouth can happen not just because of b12 deficiency only..even acidity issues can cause recurrent ulcers..kindly get investigated for any underlying acidity issues as well ..
