Assessment of vitamin d3 b12 t3t4tsh mg crp cbc esr.  Rule out thalassemia.   Use LAMONADE with pinches of salt two three times. Haem up cap one at night after dinner for two months. Trinergic I one at night for one month after dinner.  A nutritional supplement. Polybion lc syrup 10 ml at night after dinner one month. Use of bhuna Chana,  dates, banana as smoothy to increase weight.
