B Complex and yellow urine
My wife who is 7 months pregnant was tested for vitamin b12 in blood, the report said it was 122 pg/ml, doctor suggested to take b complex, but after taking her urine turned dark yellow.. It's been 2 days since she started taking the pills... Does it mean her body is not absorbing the vitamin?? How long does it take for her to have the normal range of vitamin b 12? Any problems for the baby??

It's normal to turn urine to a darker yellow shade. It won't harm the baby.
