First need to confirm Azoospermia by repeat semen analysis. Take semen sample properly after 1-3 days of sexual abstinence. Increased FSH and LH levels point toward primary testicular failure. We need to do a thorough clinically examination. Also need to rule out other causes of Azoospermia.

Get urself tested clinically followed by Serum testosterone levels with USG scrotum.

I think we need to repeat semen analysis test. Then will take decision accordingly. If Azoospermia will be there again, then you will need TESE/testicular biopsy.
