Azoospermia Maturation arrest

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I am suffering from azoospermia. Urologist told me that there is maturation arrest. FSH LH Testesterone are OK. I have done FNAC. Cells are ok. Urologist told me for IVF ICSI. Can I become father without IVF.
