Yes as per ur karyotyping report semen analysis is correct no issue with that and it is 100% true that there is no treatment for this in allopathy yes there are chances with proper ayurvedic medicine as i have treated 2 such cases of azoo in which the speematogenesis was totally stoped so we can go with ur case also need further details
