I've been trying many medicines but couldn't produce even a single sperm. I have no obstruction and no hormonal problem. No sperm in TESA. What do I do to become a father?

What medications did u try? Apart from semen analysis , did u do any other test? To treat azoospermia we must identify the cause and accordingly we can tell you prognosis.
