Azoospermia and varicocele for fiance.

Namaste sir, The main issue is that the boy has obstructive Azoospermia( he said he has sperms but due to some blockage in prostate, ejaculation has none) and he got microsurgical varicocele ligation surgery done in 2018 So we are aware that normal pregnancy is not achievable with such problems in the boy, so might have to go for IVF if we move forward with the proposal. Now our doubts are 1. What will be the impact of such infertility in the boy over his own health in the future? will it have adverse effects on other body organs and what are the possible health problems. 2. What are the complications of IVF if we opt and its side effects over girls body. He is fine for using donor sperm as well. 3. Will the boy lose sexual feelings over time in future? Attaching the reports sent by him.Three years back he has frozen his sperms and as well has gone through successful surgery.
