I have check my spermcount  res ult is nil azoospermia. And i consult another doctor said kartyping test i that redult is gene problem So I cannot be a father only donar any alternative thank u

In this kind of situation there less chance to produce sperm cells. But ayurvedic medicines are very potent. Once you should take consultation.
