Azithromycin + doxycycline
I was diagnosed for covid like Symptoms so doctor prescribed me Azithromycin + doxycycline for 14 days , I took that but now I am feeling burning in stomach and liver area , heavy stomach , fatigueness , earlier I used to enjoy tea so much but now I hate drinking tea as it leads to discomfort in liver and stomach ( specially empty stomach) .. I have no taste and smell ..what are these Symptoms indicating and what to do ?

Doxycycline is known to cause acidity and gastritis problem. Smell and taste will come back, but it will take time. Toh can take some antacids to relieve the discomfort.
