Both are same.
Dispersible antibiotics are for children or adults who have difficulty in taking the whole medicine.
You can go for without dispersible one.
Azithral dt is dispersible in water and is meant to be taken that way, other than that it’s same.
Please take the tablet as per the instructions given at the back of the tablet strip
