Hi , Have you undergone X ray or MRI also?. Do you play any sports? This pain could be due to injury also. Detailed history is needed for proper treatment .if this pain is not due to injury & you don't want to go for panchkarma treatment (which is a costly treatment ) then this type of pain is easily treatable with Ayurvedic medicines and appropriate diet.
Clinical checkup is needed.

U need panch karma for this condition. There is no roke of vita D intake in any joint problems as per Pub med. For plural effusion u need the same panch karma n some conservative medication

Ayurveda can definately help you. According to Ayurveda your Vaat dosh has increased due to which pain is occurring. For this you need to take Oil massage and Steam along with medicated oil for enema called Basti. This would ensure that Vaat dosh decreases reducing your symptoms. Please visit nearby Ayurvedic physician for detailed treatment information. And don't worry about your Vit. D it will also get resolved.
