Do we HV medicines to increase immunity in children of 4 yrs. She has high dust allergy, pollution allergy. She is using inhalers. Is Ayurvedic advisable for this age ???

No medicine or supplement can increase immunity,just give a healthy diet.
In any case,asthma is due to allergy to inhaled particles,esp dust and smoke,try to avoid exposure.
Influenza vaccine helps in such children.
