Severe Back pain, joint pain in right knee, right shoulder, left ESR=130 HLA-B27 positive TLC: 18.3 HGB: 9.9 PLT: 584 Neutrophils 82% Lymphocytes 15% Eosinophils 2% Monocytes 1% Xray report normal loss of appetite Earlier neproxen was prescribed which reduced pain only for 15days axial and peripheral spondyloarthritis diagnosed by PGI Lucknow Sulfasalazine medicine

In inflammatory spondyloarthropathy like Ankylosing spondylitis, regular exercises including chest exercises are a must. 1st joint to be affected is the sacroiliac joint.
