Autoimmune thyroiditis
I'm hypothroid since June 2021. Since them I'm having extreme weakness. I used to check my TSH every 4 to 6 months and used to adjust the dose accordingly. As I couldn't tolerate the muscle aches and weakness, I got my anti TPO antibodies checked yesterday and it was 158.7IU/ml. I'm 57 kgs by weight. What should I do now. How to cope with my weakness and severe muscle sores?
