Been tested with 1000 plus in anti TPO test..doc confirmed autoimmune thyroid... no medications started..tsh s around 2.5...any diet i should follow.. have a dyslepsia..

Hi there...first and foremost in your case is to be in a regular fallow up with your physician and regarding diet you can have low glycemic fruits including apples, apricots, avocados, berries, cherries, grapefruit, lemons, oranges, peaches, pears, plums...vegetables like mustard greens, onions,broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, chives, cucumbers, garlic etc
