My son is twenty two months old. He just speaks mama baba dada and blabbers sentences and words of his own which has no meaning. He gets irritated very fast and adament at times. He walks on toes but that's rarely. Other milestones achieved properly just he is not speaking properly i mean our language. He speaks a lot of things on his own. Responds to everything we say. I want to know is there any sign of autism in my child? What are thale traits in twenty two months old. When would be the coorect time to diagnose? We both parents are working. Kindly help

It seems to be incoherent speech and not exactly the delayed milestone which leads to speech impairment.
It can be due to weak or underdeveloped motor neuron development. Need to rule out.
It can be well addressed in a holistic approach for complete recovery.
He can start with homeopathic medicine for sure...no side effects and addiction.
It would be safe for him..
You need an expert Psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Hi it’s good to know that you are a conscious mother and are concerned about your child’s behaviour at such a young age .
You mentioned that your child responds to every thing and all milestones have been reached in time . Am sure you are following up regular growth check ups with your paediatric.
Children sometimes pick up the finer nuances of language a little later but I would still advise you to consult a therapist near to you .
Autism can be initially diagnosed by
Following symptoms :
The child doesn’t look into the eyes while speaking.and avoids eye contact.
Doesn’t respond to when called.
Insists on playing with same toys eg cars in particular for boys .
Doesn’t mix up with other children (in case there are other children around )
Flays hands when throwing tantrums
Attached to and listens to only one person .
And many more but these preliminary symptoms should help .

Consult a psychologist bear you for assessment

It sounds like your son is showing typical signs of early language development, but there are some areas of concern with his speech and behavior. At 22 months, many toddlers are still developing their speech, and some may not have fully clear language skills yet. The fact that heâs babbling and responding to you is a positive sign, but his frustration and stubbornness, along with not speaking your language yet, could be a result of his limited ability to communicate.
Next Steps
Track Progress: Keep an eye on his speech over the next 3-6 months. Look for improvement in both the number of words he says and his ability to follow simple directions.Track Progress: Keep an eye on his speech over the next 3-6 months. Health Tips
Encourage Communication: Engage him in activities that require communication, like playing games where he needs to ask for things or interact (like asking for a toy or pointing to something). Be Patient: At this age, some frustration with communication is normal. Avoid putting too much pressure on him and give him space to communicate in his own way. Interactive Play: Reading books and singing songs with him can help develop language skills. Also, try narrating your actions around the house (e.g., âIâm picking up your toys nowâ).
Hi, I appreciate that you reached out with your concern.
The symptoms you have described about your son, like occasional toe-walking, speech delays, responds to communication and understands what you say and shows irritablility alone do not confirm autism. Some symptoms like lack of eye contact, not responding to name, repetitive behaviors like hand flapping, lining up toys and frequent toe walking could be some early traits you can look for.
I suggest you to once consult child therapist to confirm the diagnosis if there. Tailored strategies to your specific needs with professional psychologist will help you.

Hi... He is too young to be diagnosed with autism or any other learning issues. He is just about 2 year old. His body and mind is in a state of development. Not all kids start talking or walking at the same age. It is always a range (3-5 yrs) that we consider appropriate for certain kind of functions to be developed. It is good that you are aware and concerned but it is also important that you let your child develop at his own pace. You can encourage him, but too much pressure or expectation to perform can be detrimental to his growth. Also, I would suggest you to avoid consuming too much data online on such issue. These days algorithms start showing us content that it considers relevant to us but sometimes it may make us overly concerned or even anxious. Avoid such content on any person making you feel too concerned about your son's growth.

Hi
It's understandable to be concerned about your child's development. At 22 months, many children are still developing their language skills and social behaviours, and there can be a wide range of normal. Your sonâs ability to respond to your words and his use of some words like "mama," "baba," and "dada" are positive signs. His tendency to get irritated quickly and his occasional toe walking can also be seen in typical development, though persistent or frequent behaviors should be monitored. Some early signs of autism may include limited or no speech development, difficulty responding to their name, limited eye contact, repetitive behaviors, or challenges with social interactions. However, not all children who exhibit these traits have autism, and many behaviors can be within normal limits at this age. Generally, if you have concerns about your child's development, itâs best to consult a pediatrician or a developmental specialist around ages 2 to 3, when more definitive signs can be observed. Early evaluation can help identify any needs and ensure appropriate support if required. Remember, every child develops differently, and a professional assessment can provide reassurance and guidance tailored to your child's unique growth.
