Autism awareness
My baby is 15 months old he is not able to speak single word but he listen clearly but he did not recognise his name and not follw my instruction is it sign of autism?

Speech impairment alone doesn’t mean he has autism. Isolated motor speech issues can be there. There are other characteristics of autism which needs to be looked at carefully. Firstly you may see a speech and language therapist along with a neuro developmental paediatrician or child neurologist
