I had fever, body ache, cold and throat irritation. Doctor gave me augmentin 625 along with other medicines, my symptoms reduced after 1st dosage and I am fine now its 3 days. Is taking augmentin 625 twice a day for 3 days enough or should I complete the 5 day course. This is a general question for future too, whenever I have mild fever cold can amoxyllin be taken for3 days.

You should complete the recommended course of antibiotics. Otherwise you may develop resistance to it and therefore may not work next time when actually needed
