You seemed to have figured out the entire issue clinically. But I don't know what is your question or the purpose of sharing the information. If you could be specific about your query I would be able to answer more effectively. I assume your reason for describing this problem is to understand what can be done in such a case. Well, the child needs to have sessions with a child psychologist or a special educator and along with that the child would have to consult a psychiatrist as medicinal treatment is required in this case.
