I am attaching my urine routine report I have recurring bacterial urine infection last 2 years Now symptoms increased paining in back penis got shrink burning alot Are my kidneys damaged or started damaging In my family already one person has kidney problem

Hi A young male having recurrent UTI is unusual. Is there any previous culture report? Do a basic ultrasound KUB and meet urologist for further imaging.
