I hve asymptotic gallstones from last 2 years a size of 6 mm. Should I do operation or leave it like that only.

Asymptomatic gall stones are usually not treated but the size of 6mm can wait
But there is always a risk of choledocholithiasis , cholecystitis,
So you need to have regular follow up
