Asymptomatic Throat Infection
I had a bacterial throat infection 25 days back (because swab test then showed gram positive cocci in groups and small chain, pus cells & epithelial cells occasional). The doctor gave me azithromicim 500 mg for 3 days and when i still had the white patches he prescribed 1 g erythromycin single dose. That was 15 days back. The white patches still didn't go. Another ENT on my recent visit prescribed me Razflo-LS (Rabeprazole Sodium & levosulpiride) for 20 days with 5-6 saline gargles a day.

You seem to be looking at whitish debris over the crypts of tonsils which is not really abnormal. If you don't have any symptoms such as throat pain and difficulty in swallowing then you need not worry about it. You can continue doing salt water gargling.
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. Meanwhile you can use REXIDINE for mouth gargle also
