Astigmatism and computer vision syndrome
Can computer vision syndrome cause monocular diplopia? I also have cylindrical power of -0.25 and -0.5 left and right eye of 70 and 90 degree respectively. Also spherical -0.25 on left eye. When I use digital screen for long time my monocular diplopia becomes worst. Also i have dry eyes feels like there is something in my eyes.

Hello.. Monocular Diplopia is because of media issues at the level of Cornea, Lens or Vitreous ..in your case can be because of severe dryness of eyes.. better to meet any nearby Ophthalmologist for detailed Slit lamp examination and proper treatment.
