Hi. I understand your concerns. Asthma is chronic and a common problem causing symptoms. You will need to undergo pulmonary function test which is needed for diagnosis and also to assess severity of asthma based on which treatemnt can be started. acidity also worsens hence you will some ppi as well. Consult a pulmonologist for the same. Hope your questions were answered. Thanks

Hello..
Well you need to always avoid the factors which triggers your ashtma like dust, hay, pollen, cold food items etc... You can consult a physician for that..about indigestion..you need to have food on time..stroll for atleast 30 min after each meal...drink water well atleast 3 litres per day
