Asthma and cough
My mother suffering for ashtma and cough. My mother is taking allopathic medicine . But there is no reliving from this medicine . Please help me

Your disease will cure by ayurvedic medicine you should just continue medicine for some time. You should take medicine and also you should follow diet plan and modify your lifestyle. 1. Tab. Swaskuthar Ras 2 tab morning evening after 30 min of meal with Luke warm water. 2. Tab. Haritaki 2tab morning evening after 30 min of meal with Luke warm water. 3. Syp. Kantkari ashav 15 ml three times with water. 4. Haridrakhand powder 1tea spoon 3 times a day.
Next Steps
continue this medicine for 15 days after that we should may change in some medicine.

avoid all kind of cold food and beverage. always take warm and light food. avoid fermented food and backery​ items. take proper sleep and always be stress free. after 15 days if any kind of information you want contact us.
