Asthma after Cardio workout
I had asthma when i was kid, even now i used to get asthma if i consume bad oil food(no all oil food, but few road side bad oil foods). Except that i never get it, even in colder climatic conditions. Recently I started going to Gym, and trainer suggested to do Cardio. I'm doing elliptical cardio for 10 mins. After that i'm getting asthma and it is lasting for some 10-15 mins. I'm noticing that none of other people doing same looks normal even after 15-20 mins cardio. Can you suggest whether it is abnormal or practicing it regularly will helps in reducing it?

Hi. I understand your concerns. it s better to get evaluated with a pulmonary function test which is needed for diagnosis and also to assess severity of asthma based on which treatemnt can be started. Consult a pulmonologist for the same.
