My son 4 year old weight 20 kg is mild asthamatic and he is on inhaler. Can he eat curd..? He is not allergic to curd or dairy product.

Curd doesn't directly benefit in asthma. It is natural probiotic for gut so very helpful in that. If the kid is not allergic than can give surely.

Greetings, usually curd can precipitate Asthma , but if he is not allergic to curd you can try non- refridgerated curd..
