I had fell down on the toilet and hurt my mouth and nose. I have attached a picture of the affected area. Pls tell me if meeting a dentist is required. Or is it a normal thing which would heal on its own?

Front teeth could be damaged. Visit a dentist to rule out this possibility especially if you are having pain in these teeth or if they are shaking.
