Hello, it's not that simple u have to consult a general physician MD he tried hard to find out what may be the cause. One is gout as your uric acid is high.tab zyloric 100 mg three times a day for fifteen days is advisable.so better to find out a general physician MD at your place so he can guide u as regular visits r needed.ok.
