Asking for fast cure
I am suffering from severe stomach pain ,drowsiness,body pain,vomiting and I am unable to eat anything. Any medicine to cure it fast.

This may be because of some infection. Bacterial or viral. Or there are other possibilities like appendicitis etc
Next Steps
each have different treatment. antibiotics etc will be needed.
