Asking about changed medicine
My father has been diabetic more than 20 years , age 54 years age, 1st medicine he was given galvusmet 500mg, few months back , as he transfered forced to see others doctor , he changed it , given piopod 15mg and glimstar 1mg, and ft flodart 0.5mg for prostate enlarge, again my father got transferred , now another doctor said medicine like Piopod was given wrongly, he changed it and only prescribe glimstar, and changed flodart and given prostagard 8mg..., While father suger level fasting remain within 115 to 130 from last 1years,  asking for an opinion..

Treatment is good no problem with this It may vary according to treating doctor. As far as sugar is in control range no need to worry.

Treating doctor uses his own judgment on treating a patient . It will not be in right perspective to comment on his medication. Meanwhile as I advised get his blood sugar and HBA1C level . These medicine as effective in blood sugar control
