Ask about mesotherapy for hair loss

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I am having hair fall which would lead to male pattern baldness in near future and my hair are becoming thin. Doctor suggested some medicine and minoxidil solution with MESOTHERAPY every month for an year. Mesotherapy would cost Rs 2000 for one setting.Excluding doctors general fees and medicines. Is mesotherapy an effective treatment?
