Hi Doctor can we take ashwagandha for long term? Or taking it for 1-2 months is sufficient as I heard it causes side effects like - Gastrointestinal Issues, may lower blood sugar way too much, May Aggravate Hyperthyroidism, May cause liver damage if taken for long term.. Is it true kindly reply?
