Chest pain in asthma maybe commonly due to excessive coughing , muscle weakness due to chronic lung disease , secondary to excess muscle stretch such as after working out in the gym etc. If it’s because of the first two causes mentioned then consult a pulmonologist for adequate treatment of you lung condition. If it’s because of the third cause such as lifting heavy weights or so then give it adequate rest and it will be fine. If anything else apart from the above mentioned causes worsen your pain then let us know what they are and relieving factors if any.
