My daughter is 10 yrs old and she got her first period 4 months back.She is having pimples on her face after that. As I was also having Ashokarista during my initial time. Can I give her the same and what will be the dosage

It's very normal to have pimples at this condition.
U can give ashokarishta 5ml twice a day after meal. For rest of any advice u can consult with ayurveda physician.

Great to note hopefully you celebrated her menarche And shared simple protocol about the same i.e. rest during the menses at least avoid heavy exercises or playing on ground. Health and hygiene...

And if she had regular periods no need to use ashokarista
Instead of that you can use other medicines for Pimples.

and avoid junk, packed and oily fried foods is just a tip for her
If her menstrual cycle is normal then don't give ashkarista.
Drink warm water during morning.
Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day.
Avoid oily foods
Frequently wash face.
Give Maha manjistadi kada 5ml with 10ml water 3 times a day after food for 3 months. This will give relief from pimples.

:-You can give her 1 teaspoon BD after breakfast and dinner.
:- second give her yoga coaching in morning empty stomach
:- third please go for low abdomen USG and confirm that all is ok ( means any kind of cyst)
:- give her leukiwarm water to drink
:- avoid yoga when her periods come.
10 ml for 2 times in a day mix it with like warm water and take it before lunch and dinner
Avoid bakery food,spicy ,oily food , and having constipation,
