I have been diagnosed with a ulcer on my left Arytenoid during a flexible laryngoscopy done by the ENT. Sometimes suddenly While talking I get a pricking sensation in my throat, can the Arytenoid ulcer cause such pricking pain sensation while talking ?

As there is an ulcer over your arytenoids.. so definitely while talking the cartilage of both sides moves and it might cause some irritation or pricking sensation in that area..
