Your report states that HLA B27 is positive. It is mostly seen in Ankylosing Spondylitis.
There is no known cure of this disease. However with modern treatment the progression of the disease can be controlled. There is no medicine in this world which has no side effects. Medicines are given when the benefit outweigh the risks.

You need to consult a rheumatologist for further treatment. Newer biological agents have shown promising results in this disease.
